I’m Julius, co‑founder of Presence 3D. I create architectural visualisations and digital models from plans, so you can see what the finished space will look like before construction starts.

I’ve loved architecture for as long as I can remember. Living in Bristol, I spent hours on my bike exploring the city, noticing how historic and modern buildings gave each area its own character. At the time, I just thought it was cool. I didn’t know why, but that was probably my first introduction to design.

Eventually, that curiosity became a passion for using visual design to create emotion and atmosphere. Working on video projects for an architectural studio, I stumbled into architectural visualisation. The moment I tried turning real plans into 3D models and visuals, something clicked. That click became Presence 3D.

Now I work with architects, developers, and property marketers to create visualisations that make ideas clearer, bring projects to life earlier, and help people make better decisions throughout the design and development process.

Before I knew it, that curiosity had evolved into a burning passion for 3D modelling and interior design. While working on video projects for an architectural studio, I was introduced to the world of architectural visualisation.
After experimenting with architectural plans for the first time, something clicked for me. That 'click' moment eventually became Presence3D.

My Story
My fascination with architecture started early. Growing up in Bristol, I spent countless hours exploring the city on my bike, taking in the mix of historic and modern buildings that gave each area its own rich character. At the time I thought it was cool, but looking back, it was probably my first introduction to design.
Without a games console growing up, I found myself spending most of my time creating. I spent countless hours building in Minecraft and slowly teaching myself Photoshop and Blender. Before I knew it, that curiosity had evolved into a burning passion for 3D modelling and interior design.
While working on video projects for an architectural studio, I was introduced to the world of architectural visualisation. After experimenting with architectural plans for the first time, something clicked for me.
